Fully stocked kitchen including a coffee maker and a French press (food not supplied). Four seat glass dining table for the casual dining and the larger 6 seat table in the formal dining area with plenty of room for entertaining. Free nightly entertainment, fine and casual dining, a multitude of libations and shopping can be found at any of the squares and this house is located conveniently between the two most popular ones with easy access to the third. Walking distance to two pools, Rec Center, several golf courses, and an airsoft rifle range. In fact the Adult only pool at the recreation center closest is one of the few pools open until 11pm and has beautiful view of the golf course. Renters will have full access to all amenities included. Access to golf requires an additional fee of $50 for temporary ID cards. The executive courses are included in that fee. Golf cart is not included. The Villages are conveniently located about 1.5 hours from either coast and only an hour away from most of the theme parks. There are a couple of shuttle options to get to and from Orlando international Airport (The Villages Airport Shuttle and Groome). There are tons of things to do in around the villages. Including over 90 miles of multimodal path for walking or bicycling, multiple rivers for kayaking, movie theaters, live shows and so much more. Both physical and intellectual activities and clubs for every level of experience and even beginning levels for those just wanting to learn something new. This is a no smoking property! One dog under 50 pounds will be considered on a case by case basis. January 1st through March 31 are the most sought after months in The Villages and most of Florida. The fall and spring months are lovely as well and they begin providing more daylight. Summer might be the warmest but they also are the least busy and rental prices lower considerably. If you have never been to The Villages,We highly recommended coming down and checking it out. There is literally something for everyone. We have experienced people from every walk of life teaching classes and volunteering. It truly is the 'Disneyland' for adults. Weekly/Bi-weekly/Monthly housekeeping services available for a nominal fee. November & December $4500 pm April & May $4500 pm June-October $3000 pm January-March $5500 pm Not included in monthly fees are the $50 Villages IDs, taxes and fees. Tenant is responsible for the $50 ID fee (payable by check only at the time of picking them up). Tenant is responsible for Golf Cart Rental fees. Tenant is of course responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. This property is dog friendly up to 50 pounds. There will be an additional $100 nonrefundable cleaning fee for the animal. Tenant is responsible for any damages or incidents related to the dog. NO Smoking on the property. Trash days are Tuesday and Friday mornings. On street parking is frowned upon overnight however the tenant will have access to the two car garage and driveway. There will be a $75 fee for replacement of lost or damaged garage door opener.
