Our beautiful and professionally decorated Virginia Vine Villa is located in the very desirable VILLAGE OF VIRGINIA TRACE which is within walking distance or short golf cart ride to Lake Sumter Landing and its Town Square which has the finest dining, shopping, and free nightly entertainment. This is a short-term vacation rental and not available for long-term leases. Rent varies by month. GOLF CART INCLUDED WITH VILLA - a $560 / month value. NFL Network, NFL Sunday Ticket, and NFL RedZone are included so you can watch all of your favorite football games. The Golf Channel, NBA TV, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, ESPNews, Fox Sports 4K, Fox Sports Plus 4K, FS1, FS2, NBC Sports 4K, CBS Sports Network, ACC Network, SEC Network, Big10 Network are also included. Terms of occupancy are contained in a written Rental Lease Agreement and the Rules and Regulations of the Villas which will be provided once an offer of tenancy is made. A GOLF CART is included with the Villa - a $560 per month value ! Also, electricity, water/sewer, natural gas, internet, landscaping maintenance, and trash collection are included. There is no smoking, vaping, or pets allowed. Tenant is responsible for a $225 cleaning fee, FL 7% Occupancy Tax, a $600 security deposit, and an optional $50 fee to obtain two Villages Lifestyle Resident ID Cards.
