The property backs to a Turtle Preserve so you look at trees not houses. Fully equipped kitchen has all appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. The lanai is fully enclosed, air-conditioned and heated with privacy windows and a futon, which allow it to double as a spare bedroom for overnight guests.We have everything from bicycles to board games, bag chairs to swim noodles; even left and right handed golf clubs in bags. Our home is in a very quiet area with no thru traffic yet still in the heart of it all! 3 minute car ride to Publix, shopping and restaurants. 1 more minute to Spanish Springs Town Square. (9 min by cart). 2 recreation centers within 1 mile. Close to the Polo Fields and golfing, and even just a few minutes from the hospital. Non smoking, no pets. Monthly and 2 week rentals available starting 4/1/24-4/14/24 and May 1, 2024 going forward. Rental rate varies seasonally.
