You will be required to sign a lease. Golf cart rentals are available and can be delivered to the property. Temporary resident IDs provide access to resident amenities. Golfers will want the resident IDs. These will enable the renter to book tee times during the high season as well as those intending to join groups and classes. Two resident IDs are permitted per household. If a resident pass is desired, it is the renter's responsibility to pay the $50 Temporary ID transfer fee, plus the monthly amenities fee. The Village ID gives full access to all residential amenities including golf at any of the executive courses. Guest passes (free) give access to recreation centers, pools, pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard, billiards, archery, bocce ball, and horseshoes. (Over 2,500 clubs and activities, recreation centers, and swimming pools.) There are 36 Villages executive golf courses free with resident ID and twelve champion courses for a modest fee.
