Located on the lower level of a longtime local's home with a separate entrance. 6 - 7 month lease (Ski Season rental Oct - April). Includes base amounts of electric, gas, water, trash. Max 2 people but will consider a couple plus a single. Kitchen is fully appointed for cooking including large grill, microwave, refrigerator, griddle, crock pot, hot plates, etc. (no oven/range) . Washer/Dryer (shared) in unit. Minutes from Breckenridge in the Peak 7 neighborhood (not on public transportation, bus does not serve Peak 7 neighborhoods). Must have snow worthy car/tires including all wheel drive (Breckenridge gets a lot of snow in winter). The unit is completely furnished - bring your personal items/towels/sheets/comforters. Note - owner lives in home full time. Owner will not consider a lease less than 6 months or any applicant without an excellent credit report. Monthly rental includes electric, gas, water and trash (charges over normal usage are responsibility of tenant). First month rent and last month rent plus security deposit equal to one month's rent required. No pets (owner has allergies), no smoking, not a party house. 2 designated parking spots. Landlord requires application, credit report and a background check for all occupants. Excellent credit is required. Must view property in person - sorry no "sight unseen" applicants allowed.
