LUXURY VACATION HOME with EVERY AMENITY desired, only available for ** MONTH(s) OR LONGER** stays but NOT annual (see below). Pick your favorite month! Work remotely from the dedicated, high-tech home office with mountain views (2 large monitors, high speed WiFi and printer), RELAX in the professionally maintained new hot tub and sauna; exercise in the home gym (with treadmill, elliptical and spinner bike) and CHILL on the deck with fireplace, on 1 acre of land and 10 min walk to Main St. and Marina!! Beautifully furnished, 4400 sq ft home with 4 bedrooms (+ rec room that sleeps 4) + 4 full baths, sleeps 10-14. We commonly host multigenerational families where the parents or grandparents stay a month and have various friends and family visit. Pet friendly with prior approval and pet fee. This is a 5.0 star rated luxury vacation home, listed on VRBO and AirBnB (see listings there for much more details). However, we are taking interest for MEDIUM-TERM 30-DAY OR LONGER RENTALS (NOT an annual lease, as July and August 2023 and Feb 2024 are already rented). I will consider renting for the last 2 weeks of December, but normal short term rates and tax will apply. RATES: Our rates on VRBO and AirBnB are $800-950/night (other than over Christmas) depending on the season and dates and they are competitive. We are historically booked all ski season and all summer. MONTHLY rent is $15-25K, depending on the month, ALL inclusive of utilities, snow plow, etc. and there is no tax on rentals of 30+ days. Please compare this to the short term rental that it is, not a long term rental. We cater to guests who search the short term rental platforms in vain for a 1-4 month rental and who want personal contact with the owner, personalized service, and no unnecessary "service fee." A rental agreement/lease will be required, along with a Zoom or Facetime call with the owner to insure a good fit for both parties. It will help if you have a LinkedIn listing so that I can vet you and you can vet us. As you'll see from the VRBO reviews, the owner is seasoned, highly professional and extremely responsive. When inquiring, please note the 30-day or longer period you are looking to rent and please provide information about who you are and who will be staying. Shorter rentals ( 30 days) will incur 8.375% lodging/sales tax but if rented directly, no VRBO or AirBnB "service fee." Minimum is 7 nights (and we do have a short term rental license) but we are focusing on longer rentals at this time. Please visit our VRBO or AirBnB listings for additional information and reviews.
