(ex. pool heating, paid for by guest which is standard for area.) Please ask any questions before booking!- No large parties. East Hampton has very specific rules about rental regulations. The house is perfect for families and small groups of friends. As per East Hampton regulations, no more than 4 families at a time may occupy one home.
