This is a sister property to another that was recently rented. The half-duplex includes both upper and lower levels pictured. It's located on a large lot at the end of a private lane, away from street noise and ongoing passers-by. What could look like a tall-fenced yard being shared is in fact the private yard that goes only with this side. The other side has its own large private yard that is separate. It has excellent lighting and view of trees in its private yard and from its private deck. When leaves fall there are western mountain views. It's near Kipling and 18th Ave. A maximum of one dog - under 35 lbs - is alright. A larger dog by mutual agreement and no pet rent or pet deposit. A cat(s) allowed. The property has vaulted ceilings and remodeled kitchen with new cabinets, countertops, fixtures, and flooring. It has stainless fridge, range, d/w, and microwave over the range. Ceiling fans also added throughout and includes full-size washer/dryer. A 6 ft separate, private fenced back yard is included, with a fenced front yard with 4 ft fencing and has gates between the front and back yards on the side of the property. Property has a/c, large closets, and a new storage building (red w/white trim). The tall barn style storage building has two levels of wrap-around shelving. Superior to big-box apartment buildings and townhouses lacking private yards, with remote parking, or waiting on elevators, etc. Also no monthly upcharges for parking, storage, and pets, etc as with multiple-unit buildings so the quoted rent is what you actually pay. There is no + sign next to the rent figure for monthly upcharges. People frequently comment about the privacy and lack of street noise and no reason to share a floor and a ceiling with others above and below as with large developments. As mentioned above - a single dog under 35 pounds is alright but no longer take multiple dogs. A larger dog by mutual agreement. No smoking; a credit check is required.
