There is no + sign next to the rent figure for monthly upcharges. People frequently comment about the privacy and lack of street noise and no reason to share a floor and a ceiling with others above and below as with large developments. As mentioned above - a single dog under 35 pounds is alright but no longer take multiple dogs. A larger dog by mutual agreement. No smoking; a credit check is required.
