This is an ANNUAL rental, which means the lease INCLUDES THE SUMMER! Currently, most of the other rentals posted are "winter" rentals. They require you to move out in the Spring. Spacious, airy, unfurnished, one-bedroom, single occupancy cottage with CAC, gas heat, and W/D on quiet street. It has a bright, sunny interior, and brick patio. Living room has cathedral ceiling and French doors to the patio. Wood flooring throughout. It is a stand-alone unit - no upstairs or downstairs neighbors! Tenant can use garden space around the cottage. The location is "very walkable" and "bikeable" according to Zillow. The cottage is on South Station Avenue in Avon by the Sea, NJ, a charming Victorian summer resort area. It is near the Macaroon Shop and dive shop, just over the bridge from Belmar's shops, marina, and seafood restaurants, and walking distance from the beach and Avon swimming pool (need membership to use pool). Cottage is also near marina, sports field, volleyball courts, and tennis courts. This is an ANNUAL rental. Landlord pays water, sewer, and regular trash collection. Tenant pays gas, electric, internet, cable, phone, etc. Gas bill varies depending on temperature preferences, but has typically been from about $20 - $80. Thermostat is programmable. The electric bill is usually around $50. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the small lawn and garden. First month's rent and security deposit due upon signing lease. Security deposit is $2095. Excellent/superior credit and references required. Sorry, no pets allowed. No smoking inside of cottage. Tours will be provided to those who qualify to rent the cottage.
