Located just north of Huntsville in a small mobile home community. Unit #3 is approximately 1120 sqft. Home has a split floorplans, with the primary bedroom at one end, with secondary bedrooms on the opposite end of the home and the kitchen and living area in the middle. 2 full baths, designated parking, water included up to 10,000 gallons, trash receptile on site. Large field in the back of community for kids and pets to play. Owner will not accept anyone with collections or late pays on utilities or evictions. No large dogs or agreesive breeds. No Smoking. Each tenant must meet minimum selection criteria. $50 application fee for anyone over the age of 18 that will occupy the home. Tenant pays for all utilities. We get alot of calls on the mobile homes.
