Calling all snow birds! Enjoy this fully furnished 3 bed / 2 bath one-level beach house with amenities galore and leave the snow behind! One month is remaining for rent this winter (January 2024). Don't miss out! At Sweet Tea & Palm Trees you'll experience Southern charm in a quiet, peaceful setting with plenty of amenities to pamper you. You'll arrive to a quiet street surrounded by lush palm trees & a huge Southern front porch. It feels secluded, but you're only a short marsh walk away from the beach. When you arrive, you'll be surrounded by lush palm trees and a big Southern-style front porch, perfect for sipping Sweet Tea! Try out the front rocker or porch swing and listen closely to the sound of the ocean. The backyard is a tropical oasis! You'll be blown away by the large covered deck with comfortable seating for everyone. We have more than just a fire pit - it's a state-of-the art gas fire table with luxurious barstool seating for six. You can find more backyard relaxation by trying out the hammock or the 2nd porch swing. If you want to get moving, we've got a brand new corn hole set waiting for you. The beach is an easy 10-minute walk through the scenic marsh. Plus, rent a Kayak at the nearby Davis Creek (just 2 blocks away). The sun room is the perfect place to get full views of the backyard and is a peaceful setting for your morning coffee or bird watching. The wine refrigerator will keep your wine just the right temperature for your evening enjoyment. The kitchen is fully stocked with Cuisinart knives, wine glasses, grill tools, travel cups and everything you need for a home cooked (or heated up) meal. The large farmhouse table seats 6, plus we have two comfortable bar stools. There are four Smart TVs in the home where you can login to your personal streaming services. If you need to work during your stay, we've got a dedicated office space and Broadband Internet service with complimentary WiFi. The main bedroom (front facing) has beautiful palm tree views and feels like a calming oasis. The queen bed has received rave reviews on how comfortable it is. Plus, you'll love the 50 inch Smart TV! You'll find another large bedroom with an en suite bathroom and office space. This bedroom opens up to the bunk room (also accessible from the deck). This huge space has the same luxurious queen bed and is really an oasis for an entire family. The bunk bed also has a trundle, so 3 kids can sleep comfortably. The living room is bright and beach-inspired. The 50-inch Smart TV make it a great space for gathering. We've also got an antenna for local TV. The sleeper sofa is queen size and comfortable. We know you'll learn to love winter again in the South at Sweet Tea & Palm Trees! Please note: 3rd bedroom is an adjoining bunk room and can be accessed from the deck or main room. *Please note: This home is only being rented for January. All other months have been rented for the winter season. Your rent includes a fully furnished house stocked with a fully stocked kitchen, bath towels, beach towels, beach gear, wine fridge, game table, books, games and more! There will be a starter set of household goods such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap. *Small dogs and cats are allowed with a pet deposit. No more than two pets in the home.
