This is a lovely Guest House located in Lefthand Canyon that boasts two bedrooms and a bonus room. The house comes fully furnished with beds that can be removed if needed. In addition, the house also features a full kitchen with a refrigerator, a five-burner stove, and a washer/dryer combo. All utilities are included, and the water source is from a well. The house is also equipped with its own septic system. The heating is electric on thermostats, and an excellent old wood-burning stove is in fine condition per inspection. The owner lives in the house pictured above. Please note that there is very little cell service in the area. While the owner's wifi may reach, it may be spotty. If connectivity is essential, getting a landline and your own wifi is best. The deck of the house provides a beautiful view of the pond and Lefthand Creek. The house sits on three private acres with access to 100 yards of Private Lefthand Creek. Parking is available, but no garage space, also Off-street parking is available/ It is highly recommended that you have snow tires, especially during winter. The drive time to North Boulder is approximately 20 minutes up Lee Hill.
