The Ferguson cabin is 3 bedroom, 2 bath and is located on the West End of Donner Lake. The parking area is level and there is only one step to enter the home. Once through the front door, you enter into the living room with a wet bar, a wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV. Off the living room is the kitchen with counter top seating for four. This cozy kitchen has hardwood floors, Formica counter tops, and gas stove/oven. From the kitchen and the living room is access to the hallway that leads to the main level bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs bedroom #1 has a queen bed. Upstairs are the remaining two bedrooms and bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a King bed, and bedroom#3 has a queen bed and a twin bed with a twin trundle. Winter Ski lease available November 1st to May 1st utilities not included and a snow removal contract is required. SKI LEASE AVAILABLE - #125 Ferguson - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms cabin located on the west end of Donner Lake, available for Lease beginning November 1st - May 1st. Rent is $2800/ month with $2800 security deposit. Tenant will put gas & water/electric in their name for the duration of the lease. Tenant will purchase snow removal contract for the 2 car driveway.
