Furnished short-term rental available this winter in beautifully updated house with large backyard/covered patio/grill. Available approximately from mid-December 2023 through mid-February 2024, but dates are flexible (2 months available only). Furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Rooms include primary bedroom with king bed and full ensuite bathroom, office setup for 2 workers, and additional bedroom with queen bed and Peloton. All utilities included, including wifi. Large garage with room for 1 car + storage/bikes/etc. Two things to mention: 1) We have two cats that live in the house. They will be leaving with us this winter and we will be doing a deep clean before renting, but if you are highly allergic to cats it might not be the right fit. 2) We have a separate basement apartment with an elderly gentleman renting there; he has been living there for 4 years. The basement has a completely separate entrance/kitchen/yard/etc, but he sometimes uses the tools in the garage, and does share the mailbox. He does not come in the house or in the backyard, and does not own a car. He's very friendly and mostly just hangs out in his separately fenced side-yard area reading books. The # of bedrooms/bathrooms/SF in the description reflects the non-basement space that you will occupy. All utilities included, including wifi.
