House is rented through a well known online site but initial contact can be done with the local caretaker, Reid. He will respond to your inquiry and take care of any concerns you have during your stay at the Fox Chalet! We have a guest until the end of September so we are unable to show the property until October 1st. You can book through the app to reserve the property. The site uses a 30 day notice policy for guests who wish to end their reservation early. Contract is done via an online service. Guests reserve the time they desire and have the option to end the booking with a 30 day notice at any time. Utilities, including wifi and car charging are included. House has propane heat and split systems for cooling.
