Home is currently set up as master bedroom, office, and gym (with Peloton) but office can be transitioned to second bedroom. A third bedroom can be set up in lieu of gym for an additional fee. Renters will not have access to barn/garage during stay. Home will be rented furnished and all utilities, including lawn and pool service, are included. Home is available mid-October through February 1st. Minimum of 28 day lease terms. Preference will be given to longer lease terms.
