Small cottage located on Sand Lake in Nottawa, MI available for 6 month lease only. Fully furnished with two small bedrooms, one with a full bed (no closets) and one with twin bunk beds. Second bedroom could be used as a closet and/or storage and for small childs room or nursery. This cottage is directly and the water and you would have access to the water and use of kayaks, paddle boards and row boats weather permitting. No laundry available. First and last months rent and security deposit required. Additional, fully refundable, cleaning deposit of $300 required. Will consider a month to month lease for $100 per month extra and applicant must have great rental history and provide references. Available starting 10/22/23 to last possibly occupancy date of 5/1/24. Tenant pays gas and electric. Trash, water and internet included. Would be willing to consider some pets with pet references, additional monthly fee and additional pet deposit due to it being fully furnished. Pet must be up to date on shots and tenant must provide proof of vaccines. Fully furnished. Absolutely no smoking. No loud guests or parting as this cottage is next to another we Airbnb.
