This adorable five bedroom house will be available in August 2024 for any group of five college students living in the Terre Haute area. This house has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the main floor. The kitchen includes concrete counter tops and stainless steel appliances. All of our properties come with refrigerator and oven and this house also includes a dishwasher. The fifth room is in the renovated attic area. The house includes washer and dryer on site, an ADT system, a front porch, and a side and back yard. Sharp Flats, LLC, is a student rental company. We will not rent to anyone who is not available to provide proof of their current status as a student. We wanted to check to see if there were any outstanding maintenance items that need to be taken care of. Maintenance has been going through the various items but wanted to make sure that yours were gotten to. Please let us know if you have any remaining maintenance items that we can remedy. Tenants are responsible for rent and all utilities (electricity, gas, water, and sewage). Deposit & first month's rent due prior to move-in. No smoking allowed.
