With 4 bedrooms in this roomy house, this is the perfect vacation spot for a full family, a girls/boys weekend, or an escape from busy life to recalibrate mind. Come take a deep breath in our Zen back yard full of bamboo and feel your stress wash away! Other things to note Please note that this property is sprayed regularly for pests. If you see any dead ones while you're there, that's a good thing! That means the pest control is working. Also, please keep in mind that we do live in the south, and no matter how many times we treat it's impossible to keep every single bug out. By booking with us you are acknowledging that. - SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND IS NOT ALLOWED in the home. You may smoke on the porch, but if we find any evidence of smoking inside we will have to charge you the $200 smoking fee. - Any additional guests past the number you booked for will need to be cleared with us before their arrival. We do allow visitors with permission, but if they're unauthorized we charge $100 per visitor. This is just to protect ourselves from events getting out of control without our knowledge. - Packages or mail deliveries are only allowed for long-term stays (15 nights or more). However, in case of a lost item, we wouldn't be responsible or liable for any damages. - We thoroughly clean every listing but cannot always control if smoke or other odors get into the unit from outside. As such, unwanted smells are not grounds for a refund under any circumstance. We will provide an ozone machine upon request within 24 hours for odor removal. - This listing is sprayed regularly for pests if you see a dead bug, that means pest control is working! Bugs come out to die when they are killed as such, the presence of a dead bug will not be considered valid grounds for a refund.
