River Living! This recently renovated 1 bedroom house is located right on the White River in Noblesville, five minutes from the city center. The house sits on approximately a half acre with a wooded lot on one side and the White River in the back. Enjoy fishing from your back yard or take your boat for a cruise up the river. The unit contains an oven, microwave, dishwasher, AC, and washer/dryer. A small dog is permitted with an additional monthly fee of $30 (no cats). Water, sewage and trash pickup is included in the rent. The tenant is responsible for the electric and propane for the furnace. The tenant is responsible for the electric and propane.
