My partner, myself, our dog, and occasionally some friends, have loved our time in this home for the last five years but need to take a break for a few years for personal reasons. We are looking for someone who will take good care of it and take on the responsibility of basic maintenance for snow removal, removal of pine needles, and upkeep of the spa. We could potentially leave some furniture if the tenants are interested, otherwise we will rent unfurnished. It is a 5 minute walk to the post office, national forest trails or resort/town shuttle. Includes new: Snowblower, Hot Tub (Spa), Instant Hotwater Heater, Furnice and Master Bathroom. * 12 month lease * Tenants responsible for all utilities, snow removal, pin needle removal and spa maintenance. * Pets negotiable, potentially with pet deposit * No smoking * Four vehicle driveway * Besides cleaning pine needles to reduce fire hazard, no lawn maintenance required.
