The house features a large master bedroom with a king size bed, extra large walk in closet, TV, and an adjoining room that can be used as an office, 4th bedroom or nursery. The second room is large with a king bed and desk and is right across the hall from the 2nd bathroom that has a stacked washer and dryer. Third room has a queen bed and desk. Both 2nd and 3rd rooms have a split level AC/heating units. The house has 2 tankless water heaters. The main living area has a dining table for 6 and a living room with an extra large television that is set up to stream Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney plus, and Youtube TV. All of this is on a quiet county lot that has plenty of off street / on property parking space and optional enclosed space for an RV or mountain toys. Enjoy the Blackstone griddle grill in the garage that doubles as an outdoor living space with a putting green or can be used to park in. All utilities, internet, bi monthly housekeeping and landscaping services included as well as toilet paper and paper towels for the entirety of your stay.
