The kitchen was recently updated with new countertops, cabinets, and appliances. The bathrooms are newly remodeled. There is an extra room that can be used as an office area or a third bedroom. The renter is responsible for all utilities. Security deposit due at lease signing. No smoking is allowed in the home, on the back porch, or carport area. Small pets (up to 30 pounds) permitted; no more than 2 pets allowed. A $200 non-refundable pet fee per pet is required at signing. Only tenants listed in a signed lease are permitted to reside at the property. Any guests (i.e., individuals not named in the signed lease) staying more than 2 weeks at the property must have apriori approval in writing.
