We require six months on your current job, a credit score or 600 or higher, and combined monthly income of at least three times the monthly rent. In order to apply, please bring your photo ID, social security card, and most recent paystub to our leasing office along with a completed application for each adult. Tenant pays all utilities. Deposit required to hold property. Pro-rated rent and move in fees are due at signing. Pet Policy: $150 one-time pet fee per pet. $25 pet rent per pet. Breed restrictions apply.
