There is a firepit and basketball hoop in the front of the house and a deck with chairs in the back of the house. This house was built in 1994 and has 4 smoke alarms, 2 carbon monoxide wall plug-in detectors, 2 fire extinguishers, a first aid kit, and is on a septic system. This property has security cameras on the premises facing the exterior of the property infront and in the back. Outside there is a fire pit in front and a fenced backyard and a deck in back with outdoor chairs for your enjoyment. Pets are welcome. Maximum of 2 pets (dogs or cats) are allowed. No weight restriction. Service animals: ADA-defined service animals are welcome free of charge. Smoking is allowed but must be done outside of the house.
