Across from Indian River Marina we are 2 miles from town. This is a quiet, convenient, and comfortable place to stay nestled up next to Koi ponds, about 100 yards from Indian River Marina and the lake, and 20 minutes to fantastic ATV trails. New in 2018 the property is 640 s.f. with one sizable living room/kitchen combo and a bedroom with queen bed. The living room has a high-quality sleeper sofa. A full-size bathroom and washer/dryer laundry room are accessed through bedroom. In July 2021, we had a new HVAC system installed. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc. There are smart TV's in both rooms and WiFi internet service. Outside there are three nicely landscaped deck areas to sit, relax, and watch the fish swim. Utilities include Water, Septic, Elecitity, and wifi. $600 Deposit and cleaning fee $1,200 monthly rent 1 bedroom & 1 BA 2 people maximum Fully Furnished All utilities included (water, electricity, septic, wifi, and trash pick-up). NO pets are allowed in the unit or on the property at any time. Lease required. We have 3 similar units. If this one is not available, we may offer one of the other units.
