Ideal for short-term tenants who are here on a temporary assignment. The two-story cottage has its own fenced yard with a private seating area under the shade of a huge tree, as well as a private entrance from the parking area in front, where space is available for up to two vehicles. Downstairs you will enter a living area with basic furnishings, TV, and private wifi. To the side is a door into a kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster oven, hotplate, and microwave, but no full stove. Behind the kitchenette is a full bath. Upstairs is the bedroom with double bed and desk. Owner pays all utilities and provides some linens. Available for $1400 per month or $400 per week. Pets are allowed at owner's discretion and only with an additional deposit.
