They have their parking and you have your 2 parking spots off street up on cobblestone in-front of the home. Comfortable living room, Smart Tv to load your streaming services. Kitchen has dishwasher and is stocked with small appliances and everything a cook would need. Small covered back porch. Unfortunately, this yard is not fenced. If a fenced yard is essential please call us for availability on our other furnished properties with fenced yards. A dog park is nearby and there is grass in the yard as well.
