This 3 bedroom 2 bath manufactured home sits back on the property. The tenants have access to the home, the storage shed directly behind the home and the immediate surrounding yard area around the home. The owner/landlord will access the surrounding acreage and large shop without prior notice being given - tenants do not have access to these areas. There is a long driveway to the home and a locked gate out front. Both tenant and owner/landlord use this driveway. The home has central heating/air, a separate laundry room with electric hookups, and the kitchen has both a gas stove and refrigerator. The tenant pays for propane filling (Tri R Gas currently being used), garbage and PGE. The tenant is responsible for maintaining the immediate yard area, owner maintains surrounding acreage and driveway. Month-to-Month Agreement Select Property Management to screen tenant and provide paperwork owner will manage property directly. Pets considered with additional pet agreement and pet deposit. Applications must be submitted before in-person showing can be scheduled. Application fee is $35, each adult must submit one. Renter's liability insurance is required before move in.
