House has new central heat and air. Conveniently located in downtown Live Oak very near the courthouse. We provide lawn maintenance and quarterly pest control and hvac filters included at no extra charge. 12 month lease that will roll to month to month after initial year is over. Every adult must be approved and listed in lease. $1400 per month with a $1600 security deposit. $3000 total to move in due at signing. Renter pays for water/garbage utilities through the City of Live Oak and Power through Florida Power and Light. We also require renter to obtain renters insurance. We provide lawn maintenance and pest control. No smoking inside the unit. No pools or trampolines on site. We do a 3 month maintenance check that takes place when the pest control guy comes quarterly. At that time we change air filters on the HVAC and preform any non emergency maintenance items needed. If pets are in the unit they must be crated during that time. Animals allowed on a case by case basis and must be approved before being on property. $200 non refundable pet fee and $25 pet rent per month per pet. No dog breeding or pet sitting businesses allowed on property.
