Enjoy a breathtaking view from every window. We were told our cabin was the first built on this hill overlooking Indian Peaks and Lake Granby. Our A-frame is nestled among pine trees and wildflowers - perched on an overlook with a 180 degree view of the mountains and lake. The property feels private but is less than a mile away from Indian Peaks Marina, a five minute drive to Granby, a little over ten minutes to Ski Granby Ranch in one direction and ten minutes to Grand Lake in the other direction towards Rocky Mountain National Park. If you are looking to ski, Winter Park is a 25 minute drive. If you want to sled or ice fish, it is just a few steps out the door. PROPERTY IS A 50% RENTAL TIME SHARE WITH US, the owners of this unique and amazing spot. We like to be in the mountains every other week / weekend - and instead of renting through VRBO / Airbnb, we are looking to share our property with one lucky renter (individual, couple, family, etc.) who are looking for part-time use as well. This is our home - we put a lot of love and effort into it - and are hoping to share it with someone who will appreciate it, care for it and enjoy it! We think this could be ideal for someone who can work remotely to maximize their time during the week and weekends (we have a work space and high speed internet) - but really anyone looking to get away and appreciate a stunning view at any time of the day (we keep the shades open because the landscape and stars are extraordinary at night and sunrise is phenomenal in the morning!)
