If you are a horse owner, there is an option for you to board and pasture your horse here, upon approval, for an additional cost. The short commute of about 40 minutes to Fort Collins or Loveland is the most beautiful drive with no traffic. Internet, trash, water, electric, propane are all included! There is a washer dryer on site. The studio is located next to a large garden and you can plant flowers or veggies on your porch in the raised beds just outside your door. Outdoor grill and fire pit are provided. Mountains surround the valley and you will have access to a secluded creek that runs through the property. There is also access to 35 acres of space to play and relax. Estes Park, Horsetooth Reservoir and the Mishawaka are all very close by. The large kitchen features a working antique stove, refrigerator and dish washer. There is a good size closet for all of your clothing and shoes. The large kitchen has plenty of cabinets for all of your things. The bathroom has a full size shower. Access by car is very easy and parking is plentiful and free. This spot is perfect for an equestrian, a nature lover who enjoys wildlife and the outdoors, or horticulturist or hobby gardener. 1 year lease minimum. Pets negotiable.
