Guest Bedroom 1: 1 set of twin/full bunkbeds Guest Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed Guest Bathroom: Vanity, shower/tub combo. Washer and dryer Level 2: Kitchen: Full kitchen Dining Table: Seating for 6/8 at the table. Living Room: Sofa sectional, 1 side chair, coffee table, TV,ceiling fan. Deck: Access from the living room. Queen bedroom with shared bath Level 3: Private top floor bedroom with bath and private deck Parking: Parking for a maximum of 3 vehicles Parking is monitored by property management. Please adhere to parking rules. The Area: Surf City is located in the heart of Topsail Island. Rent paddleboards, kayaks, fishing gear and much more. Multiple grocery stores, gas stations, etc located within a few minutes, also easy access to restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. Other Things to Note: THE RATE- Pet Friendly. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO BRING A PET - an additional pet fee of $300 will be collected, please notify Sea Coast Rentals. Absolutely no events. NO Smoking. Sandy Bottoms Beach Club is available for monthly reservations in the offseason (mid-Sept to mid-May). Paper goods and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you or bought once you arrive on the island.
