COMPLETELY FURNISHED "FARM STAY FOR 6 PEOPLE" Welcome to our ranch! The Lemonade House sits in the middle of over 600 acres of different types of citrus. You'll enjoy the peace and secluded feeling of farm life, while close enough to "town" to go (10 min) to a nice restaurant, lake, or golf. Careful, you might get addicted to the quiet, lol! Neighborhood Description: Restaurants, and shopping areas: 10 minutes. Golf course: 15 minutes. Lake Success: 20 minutes. Sequoias via Camp Nelson: 40min Sequoias via Three Rivers: 90 min (The owners lived 600 meters away from the Lemonade) One Month minimum. Utilities are included (trash, propane, water, internet, etc.) we pay up to $200 USD in the electricity bill, due to the high or low temperatures the bill can increase depending on the AC/heater usage. The final price will include the 7.25% TOT Tax (Transient Occupancy Tax). Maid service could be optional. Up to 3 cars to park. Smoking is allowed outside the house. Fully equipped with linens, TVs, and everything you need to prepare your meals, hangers, blankets, iron board, irons, hair dryer, kid's books, family games, etc. (We will send a separate rental agreement ).
