Tenant(s) are responsible for all utilities. The security deposit is 1.5 times the amount of rent. Security deposit + 1st full month's rent + (if moving in anytime AFTER the 1st, rent will be prorated for the remainder of that month and will be added into total moving cost) + NON-REFUNDABLE cleaning AND pet fee (if applicable) is REQUIRED to move in.
