Great neighborhood - Montclair! This house is VERY convenient. It is walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Less than 5 minutes drive from Skibo road. It is a split level house and the main living room has a big fireplace. Three bedrooms on the main level, three additional rooms on the lower level with a laundry room and a large living room or play room. The whole upstairs is refinished hardwood. The bottom level is completely new flooring as well. The lighting in this house is outstanding. We rarely turn on the lights when the sun is shining. There is TONS of room for storage and a big fenced in back yard. Lawn care is included in the rent! There is a low application fee through Zillow and it is good for 30 days on any Zillow rental listing. In addition to the credit and background checks, we would like a credit score around 600 or better and about 3x the rent for monthly income. Tenant pays electric and gas. There are hookups for washer and dryer as well.
