This home is just what you need for family summer vacations, weekend trips for those going to the Gorge Amphitheater and those looking for a great home to get away and relax. The Gorge Amphitheatre is 5 miles away, along with Cave B winery and SageCliffe Resort and Spa. Frenchman Coulee is 8 miles away and has some incredible rock formations, terrific rock climbing and some hiking to see the falls. Ancient lakes trailhead is 18 miles away and offers several hiking paths worth getting up early for to beat the heat in the summer. Bringing a boat? Sunland offers a boat launch (no dock). Enjoy the beautiful views, go up river and take your time coming back down. The sandbar is just a little ways north of Sunland, and head up to Crescent bar for lunch at Tower Pizza. This home is a short term rental durning the summer season and a month to month rental after the summer season till spring. It is available now until May 3, 2024 and at that time it will return to a short term rental.
