Short Term vacation stays (current availability, inquire for specific dates and pricing) and stays for 30+ days (November-April 2024) are welcome pending availability. The Ranch Home is MOVE IN READY and equipped with a full sized fridge/freezer, oven/stovetop, pots, pans, glassware, utensils, silverware, sharp knives, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, fresh towels, fresh sheets, extra blankets, stand up shower, hair dryer, iron, flat screen TV's with streaming capability, Washer and Dryer access (shared space) smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher. **The gated estate is located on Forest Reserve property with access to the Nisqually River, miles of groomed trails for hiking and horseback riding, parks for picnicking and rivers for fishing! An outdoor lover's paradise!! The Nisqually River Forest Reserve also includes an abundant wildlife population. Black bear, cougar, elk, bobcat, deer, grouse, eagles and dozens of other species of wildlife have all been spotted in the area. We provide 2 chairs in this room that can be converted into small sleeper sofas (they are each 77" long, 25" wide, 440lbs max) for extra sleeping space! 2nd Level: **Bedroom #2: 1 Full size Bed **Bedroom #3: 1 Full size Bed **3rd Bathroom (Full bath, stand up shower and dual sinks) Open loft area w/ plenty of space for kiddos to play. This area also has an additional small 2 seater sofa and Flat Screen TV (Amazon Firestick included) our guests are welcome to use their personal Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc accounts:-) Absolutely NO parties are permitted and no unregistered guests are allowed on the property without prior consent. **Security cameras are located on exterior perimeter of building Located above the separate garage there is an additional FULLY FURNISHED SHORT TERM OR MONTHLY RENTAL. This area is not included in your rental. Parking is shared, please do not block their vehicle. Please respect their privacy. There is plenty of parking space conveniently located in the carport area and in the gravel driveway :-) **Laundry Room** There is a laundry room adjacent to the kitchen! We are happy to provide access to this SHARED space during your stay as needed. We know how convenient it is to be able to utilize a WASHER and DRYER and are very happy to have this available for your use :-) If occupied, tenants located above the separate garage may also have access to the laundry room as needed. There is a locked door between the laundry room and your kitchen to ensure your personal space is not accessible and the full time tenants have a separate exterior access door.
