We cannot process the application without all items and that is our only way to take it off of the market so no one else can apply for it. We can certainly do the application via email. The application is attached. Please note, if you do it by email the fees will have to be paid using our Square system which charges a 5% fee along with it. The hold fee is $500 and the application is $32 per applicant - both are necessary to remove it from market.
