This house is fully furnished and has all the charm of an original beach cottage in addition to a private outdoor space with an outdoor shower and a fenced-in rear yard. Enjoy the screened porch or gather the family around the firepit in the back yard for smores. This is a seasonal rental for 6-7 months starting in late September until mid-April. Washer/dryer are included. 1 pet is allowed with an extra pet deposit included. No smoking allowed. Could include utilities/internet/gas for a flat fee of 1975/mo.
