Literally 8 minutes to Laughlin Casinos, 5 minute to the Colorado River, 10 to 15 minutes to Lake Mohave,and Sam's club. This is a short term rental that is move in ready. Wifi, ROKU televisions, brand new washer and dryer, garage access, hair dryer, with linens and towels provided. Just pack the car and move in, and get away from the freezing winter. Application must be complete. There is a $300 pet deposit only $150 is refundable due to cleaning, also the $1,000 security deposit along with the application fee of $50. All utilities are paid in full with the exception of the electricity bill. If there is an electric bill over $100 the differance will be taken from the deposit and will be non refundable.
