Adorable tiny home with loft situated on several acres on Gin Creek Ranch. This space has been used as a short term rental but we are moving away from short term and offering a mid term rental solution. This pet friendly space is approximately 750 square feet and is available for rent by the month or up to 6 months at a time. The property can come fully furnished or unfurnished depending on lease length,. You will have access to the private lake, fire pit, and the home itself. The space is laid out with a small kitchen and dining area in the front with full size appliances, a mix use living room and bathroom in the middle and a bright open bedroom in the back with tons of natural light. Above the middle room is a loft space that is perfect for children or adults. You also have a private deck available and if you choose to rent it furnished, the hot tub will stay also. 1 Month pricing $2750 3 Month pricing $2250 6 Month pricing $1600 Plus utilities, pet fee and deposit 1st month and deposit due at signing Tenant is responsible for all utilities including electric, water, trash & landscaping. These items will be billed separately according to usage.
