Move to Harrington and experience our sweet little town. The house was recently painted inside and out, has new flooring, central heat and air, a washer and dryer and ample elbow room. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs (feels like a private little treehouse!) and a bedroom and bath downstairs. The house is old, but charming and CLEAN. The house is strictly non-smoking. Successful candidates must have good credit and clean background check. We pay for City of Harrington water, sewer, trash. You will be responsible for watering and mowing the lawn. Small pets (with a pet fee of $50 each) will be considered. Everyone living in the home must be on the lease. This is a no smoking home -- no exceptions to this rule. Renters insurance is required. There are 3 (uncovered) parking spaces.
