The renter will be responsible for Water, Electricity, gas, and lawn mowing on regular basis as need arises. Renter will bring their own washer/dryer machine The owner will be responsible for the maintenance of blocked toilets, sincks bathtubs and overall cleanliness of the internal property. House comes with new appliances which are barely 2months (Refrigerator, Stove and commercial microwave installed). Failure in appliances shall be owners responsibility provided not intentionally damaged by the renter. Disposal of bulky waste should be scheduled with the city.
