Freshly painted house with 5 large bedrooms, 2car garage, a fireplace gas with switch to turn it on and off, cooker electric, and washing machine is electric, a loft area upstairs 3full bath, large backyard for kids playing, large master bedroom with walking closet. Master bedroom with bathtub never been used before. House is 3years old, with no prior renovations done. All appliance excellent working conditions and never repaired before. Upgrades on kitchen sink and above fireplace had been done to suit owners taste (Modern). Located in quite neighborhood with no issues of break ins to worry about. Removed security camera for my privacy but new owner can put theirs. Why are my renting it? I bought a second home and love this home so wants to keep it by renting it out so that someone can enjoy it too. The interior I had customized but repainting it white for new tenant since the taste of my color may not be what you might like. The renter will be responsible for Water, Electricity, gas, and lawn mowing on regular basis as need arises. Renter will bring their own washer/dryer machine The owner will be responsible for the maintenance of blocked toilets, sincks bathtubs and overall cleanliness of the internal property. Plumbing as in blocked toilets or sinks shall be the renters' responsibility to restore to working conditions during their stay or at the end of their lease if the no longer going to be occupying the property. No commercial Vehicles allowed or parking on the driveway. No sidewalk parking Renters are responsible for cutting of their own grass regularly for the yard to remain clean. House comes with new appliances which are barely 2months (Refrigerator, Stove and commercial microwave installed). Failure in appliances shall be owners responsibility provided not intentionally damaged by the renter. Disposal of bulky waste should be scheduled with the city. Renters' insurance is required and must be presented before payments are accepted (This is to protect the renters property in case of any unforeseen) Caution fee required $2500, Admin Fees: $100 House will only be available for tours from 08/11/2023 and the move in date is scheduled from 08/15/2023
