Your living space comprises approximately 900 square feet, featuring its own living room, dining room, and a full kitchen, along with two spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom. Access is through a separate entry. You'll also be within walking distance of downtown and the North Bend Outlets, have easy freeway access, and more. Low move-in costs: We only require prorated rent for the month you move in, along with a $750 non-refundable move-in fee. Pet-friendly: Most dogs and cats are allowed without additional fees or pet rent. Flexibility: You can sign a roommate agreement that includes a 45-day written notice requirement for move-out. No drugs are allowed anywhere on the property, and indoor smoking is prohibited. Thank you for your interest. No lease required! Zillow required me to select a lease term. However, the term length is up to you! The price remains the same regardless of the length. The monthly rent is $2200. We also ask that you pay $300 for utilities, which includes water, sewer, trash, Comcast high-speed internet and cable TV, as well as gas and electric. We only ask that you sign a roommate agreement, which will include the understanding that a 45-day written notice to vacate must be provided for move-out.
