FYI - We have a Ring camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. We also use a Minut noise monitor that only detects decibel levels and DOES NOT record. This is to prevent parties and keep the peace with our neighbors :) Below are the results from a recent internet speed test run in our space: Download: 110.22 Mbps Upload: 5.86 Mbps Latency: 13 ms Guest access Full access to cottage including one parking spot in the driveway. Please, make yourself at home. For parking, you may need to coordinate with guests in our other cottage as they are allowed one parking spot as well. Additional parking is available upon request at our neighbors house down the street. *No smoking or vaping of any product or substance is permitted in the Accommodations, common areas of the Building or near Building entrances *The owner pays all utilities * Booking includes and is protected by the Waivo damage protection program (Waivo fee is $25/stay) *Unit inspection is required once a month with 24-hour notice. You may request cleaning service during your stay at an additional cost *We collect the first and last month's rent once the booking is confirmed (for 60+ days bookings) *We ask all guests, upon confirmation of the booking, to complete the Guest Information form and acknowledge the Short Rental Agreement.
