This basement apartment has its own entrance, laundry, and fridge (practically, an in-law suite) . It is located in Alexandria (near Telegraph Road and The Parkway intersection- very close to Franconia Rd). It's just a few miles from Old Town and a mile away from the beltway. Commuting into DC or Fort Belvoir is convenient for both driving and for public transportation (1.5 mi from Huntington Metro but there is a bus that takes 5 minutes to get there); My family lives in the top two floors of the house and our toy room is directly above the bedroom. There will be quiet hours in the toy room from 7am-7pm. A security deposit of one month's rent, 10-day notice prior to moving, and a background and credit check are the basic requirements.
