Ideal for movie nights, arts & crafts, or playing music (there's an electric keyboard for aspiring musicians), it's the perfect hang-out space for the whole family. No AC is on the first floor but we provide fans 3- There are 2 sets of washers and dryers on each floor making it convenient to do laundry for families and a big group. 4- The owner uses the basement for storage; hence is not available for guests. Renter pay electricity, gas, internet, garbage and water. Flexible lease is possible.
