Income Verification: Ideally, we are looking for the last 3 months of your income earning statements (paystubs) to confirm your average monthly gross (before taxes are deducted) income reaches our minimum requirement requirement. Our rent income ratio is 30%, your monthly rent should not exceed more than 30% of your monthly gross income. Please provide 3 months, minimum, of pay stubs or deposit statements from your current employer along with a government issued photo ID to complete our income verification process. All adults in the tenant group must be prepared to provide a government issued photo ID even if they do not have an income at the time the primary applicant applies.
