An ideal Winter & Summer "All Season" retreat at a safe distance from the outside world. After Months of Winter Improvements, the structures now have new windows, roofing and interior/exterior painting making for an elevated experience. The Estate is now available for a September 2023 Monthly Rental after a busy month of updates. Longer Term Rentals @ a substantially discounted monthly rate available. Owner has relationships with local purveyors for supplies needed during your stay allowing you and your guests the option to never leave the property and remain out of harms way. Additional Fees Apply. Owner also has relationships with helicopter vendors who can safely take you to and from all regional airports. Additional Fees Apply. Main House + Theater Building has been reconfigured during the updates. There are now 10 Private Bedrooms & 10 Bathrooms. The estate no longer has bunk beds and is focusing more on private suites to elevate the Guest Experience. Month to Month Lease. Possible monthly Minimum depending on time of year/season. Tenant will reimburse Owner for "some" of Utilities (Electricity, Propane, Heating Oil and Phone/Internet) based on Tenants overall demand.
